Alcohol, Self-Esteem and Aspirations: Exploring the Context of Young Peoples' Sexual Health Risk Taking (2007)

UNPUBLISHED: A borough-wide study by Rochdale Teenage Pregnancy Strategy, exploring the links between alcohol and sexual health 80% of Rochdale’s year 10 pupils (14-15 year olds). Building upon knowledge gained in the Rochdale Teenage Pregnancy Strategy 2004 survey (Redgrave and Limmer, 2005) this study investigates the links between alcohol, sexual health and self-esteem; as well as looking in more detail at the impact of Sex and Relationships Education and other sources of information on the knowledge, attitudes and behaviour of young people in relation to sex and alcohol.
